RÖSBERG is Among the Best Employers in Germany
RÖSBERG has been awarded a place among Germany’s Top Employers in the nationwide competition for enterprises “Deutschlands Beste Arbeitgeber 2014”, organized by the Great Place to Work® Institute. This distinction is received by companies who offer their employees an attractive workplace culture characterized by mutual trust and appreciation.
“We are very proud that RÖSBERG is one of Germany’s 100 best employers. Our ranking of 55 tells us that we are on the right path and confirms our harmonious corporate culture” says Ralph Rösberg, commenting on the excellent result of the family-managed company in this prestigious competition.
RÖSBERG Managing Partner Ute Heimann gives her opinion: “Our place among Germany’s top employers can be attributed to our good working climate, and the fact that we actively keep in touch with our employees and always listen to their concerns.”
Recognition as one of “Germany’s Best Employers in 2014” was based on a comprehensive questionnaire addressed to RÖSBERG employees on central aspects of their place of work, such as trust in the management, management skills, appreciation of their work, identification with the company, career development, team spirit, work–life balance, and health support. There was also a “Culture Audit” to assess the quality of measures by human resources and company management.
95% of RÖSBERG employees are proud of the services and products RÖSBERG offers and would recommend them unconditionally. 83% of those questioned answered “yes” to “All in all, I would say that this is a very good place to work”.
Altogether, 580 companies of all sizes from all sectors and regions took part in this year’s benchmark survey on the quality and attractiveness of workplace culture, undergoing an independent assessment by the Great Place to Work® Institute. The “Deutschlands Beste Arbeitgeber” competition has been carried out annually since 2002.
“Employee orientation and relationships of trust at the workplace are the key to acquiring and keeping qualified, committed employees – so they are also key to a company’s business success, its innovative strength and its sustainability”, says Frank Hauser, head of the German Great Place to Work® Institute.
