RÖSBERG among the 100 best employers in Germany

“We are very proud that our employees have assessed their work environment so positively, and that they value our company culture. The 60th place in the class for companies with 50-500 employees is an excellent result. Doing well in the Great Place to Work® competition is also an important indicator for our customers that they will get very good service from us – because only committed, motivated employees can produce satisfied customers. Our continuous customer survey underscores this result with its very high recommendation rate”, said Ralph Rösberg, speaking of the excellent ranking of the family-run enterprise in the prestigious competition.

Ute Heimann, Managing Partner of RÖSBERG, said: “Ranking once again among the 100 best employers in Germany confirms us in our company philosophy. Our employees regard our treatment of them as fair and open. This is due to our flat hierarchies, which enable us to maintain a direct dialogue with all our employees. And 87% of our employees state: All in all, I can say that this is a very good place to work.”

“This award stands for credible management characterized by fair, respectful cooperation with employees, for a high degree of employee identification with the enterprise, and a strong team spirit”, said Frank Hauser, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® Germany, speaking at the award ceremony.

The assessment was based on a comprehensive, anonymous questionnaire addressed to RÖSBERG’s employees on topics central to the workplace, such as trust in the management, quality of cooperation, appreciation of employees’ work, identification with the enterprise, opportunities for professional development, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance. In addition, the management was asked about supportive measures and offers by HR in the company.

In the course of this year‘s Great Place to Work® competition “Germany’s Best Employers 2017”, a total of 300,000 employees were questioned and approximately 700 enterprises of all sizes from all sectors took part. They voluntarily underwent assessment of the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute, and evaluation by their own employees. The list of best employers was taken from the complete field of entrants.
